The agreement between you and TIMS Sdn Bhdfor using TIMS. By creating an account you agree to these terms; if you can’t agree, please stop using the service.
TIMS is a training marketplace + management platform. It lets providers publish courses and programmes, lets organisations enrol their employees, and lets individuals discover, book, complete, and prove workplace training.
You must be at least 18 to hold your own TIMS account. You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you spot unauthorised use, tell us at support@tims.systemsandbox.cloud immediately.
Training providers are responsible for the accuracy of courses, programmes, prices, and certificates they publish. We review each provider before approval and can suspend or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Course and programme prices are set by providers. TIMS collects payment on the provider’s behalf and remits net of platform fees. Refund eligibility depends on the provider’s policy and local consumer-protection law. HRD Corp claimability is stated where applicable; you’re responsible for verifying eligibility with HRD Corp before claiming.
Certificates issued through TIMS carry a verifiable ID. We retain issued certificates for 7 years for regulatory audit. A revoked certificate remains on the verification endpoint marked as “revoked” so relying parties get an honest signal.
You may not (a) scrape, resell, or mirror our content, (b) use TIMS to distribute malware, illegal content, or deceptive training claims, (c) impersonate another person or organisation, or (d) circumvent rate limits or security controls.
Providers own their course content. TIMS owns the platform. Content you upload (profile photos, support tickets, quotes) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and display it in the service.
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything that can’t be limited by law (e.g. Malaysian Consumer Protection Act rights).
You can close your account at any time via Settings → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination we handle your data per the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes go to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, without prejudice to any statutory rights you have in your own jurisdiction.
